Tours Duo
Paris

The Duo Towers are two skyscrapers designed by Jean Nouvel, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, on the edge of the périphérique and Ivry-sur-Seine.

Since 2022, the majority of their surface area has been occupied by the headquarters of the BPCE banking group.

The mixed-use project covers over 108,000 m². It is primarily dedicated to office space, but also includes a hotel, a restaurant, a bar with a panoramic terrace overlooking Paris, an auditorium, retail spaces, and landscaped terraces.

Duo Tower No. 1, standing at 180 meters, is the third tallest building in Paris after the Eiffel Tower (324 m) and the Montparnasse Tower (209 m), tied with the future Triangle Tower.
The entire development is designed to complement the "belt" formed by several high-rise buildings and towers at the gateways to Paris.
