Transformation of the garage and postal sorting center on rue Breguet. Development of business premises, shops and offices. The reconversion of a building occupying almost the entire block between rue Breguet and rue du Chemin Vert had as its primary objective to create an open construction system with a network of pathways and courtyards. The existing monolithic volume is divided into "rooms" connected only by a main passage. The five rooms thus formed become more autonomous, creating different spatial morphologies between them. Using the existing structure as a base, we as a base, we created a series of buildings of considerable thickness, of the order of 18 meters. These thicknesses coincide roughly with the grids of the existing structure. The floor levels have also been preserved throughout. The first three levels are very high, while the upper levels are much lower. All floors will be designed for "white goods" offices, with a private access lobby and independent toilet blocks.
