Duo Towers
Paris

The Duo Towers are two skyscrapers designed by Jean Nouvel, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, on the edge of the périphérique and Ivry-sur-Seine.

Since 2022, most of their space has been occupied by the headquarters of the BPCE banking group.

The mixed-use project covers over 108,000 m². It is mainly dedicated to office space but also includes a hotel, a restaurant, a bar with a panoramic terrace overlooking Paris, an auditorium, retail spaces, and landscaped terraces.

Primarily office space, it also features a hotel, restaurant, bar with panoramic terrace overlooking Paris, auditorium, retail outlets, and landscaped terraces. Duo Tower No. 1, at 180 meters tall, is the third tallest building in Paris after the Eiffel Tower (324 m) and Montparnasse Tower (209 m), tied with the future Triangle Tower. The entire development is designed to complement the “belt” formed by several high-rise buildings and towers at Paris’s gateways.
