Conversion of the garage and postal sorting center on rue Breguet. Development of commercial spaces, shops, and offices. The transformation of a building occupying almost the entire block between rue Breguet and rue du Chemin Vert aimed primarily to create an open construction system with a network of pathways and courtyards. The existing monolithic volume is divided into "rooms" connected only by a main corridor. The five rooms thus formed become more autonomous, creating different spatial configurations between them. Using the existing structure as a base, we created a series of buildings with considerable thickness, approximately 18 meters. These thicknesses roughly align with the grids of the existing structure. The floor levels have also been preserved throughout. The first three levels are very tall, while the upper levels are much lower. All floors are designed for "white-collar" offices, with a private access lobby and independent restroom blocks.
